Mainframe Rehosting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Rehosting Expert to join our team at Evolve Esolutions LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Mainframe Rehosting projects and ensuring successful system rehosting and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop CICS/IMS-DC, COBOL, and Assembler applications
  • Estimate effort and resources required for Mainframe Rehosting projects
  • Lead teams in modernization/transformation assessments and handhold projects
  • Advise customers on architectural and technical aspects of systems development and integration
  • Conduct assessments of applications and provide recommendations for target platforms and architectures
  • Setup and build demonstration labs for rehosting requests
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures and deliver comprehensive designs
  • Present solution options and business cases to CXOs
Requirements:
  • At least 12 to 15 years of relevant IT experience in Mainframe Technology
  • Hands-on experience in Mainframe Rehost projects with Rehost tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps concepts, tools, and methodologies
  • Knowledge of current industry trends in modernization
