Podiatrist Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at Essen Health Care. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing medical and surgical care for patients with foot, ankle, and lower leg problems.

Responsibilities:

• Examine patients' legs to diagnose diseases and develop treatment plans
• Perform foot and ankle surgeries, including removing bone spurs and treating sport-related injuries
• Treat deformities and ailments using various podiatric techniques, such as casting and laser therapy
• Prescribe medication and foot orthoses to improve mobility and alleviate pain
• Review patients' medical history and advise on foot care and general wellness practices
• Order additional medical tests, such as X-rays and ultrasounds, to form a better diagnosis

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine
• Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities
• Familiarity with all types of foot problems, including genetic abnormalities and deformities
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
• Empathy and patience when dealing with serious diseases
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and treatments in Podiatry
