About the Job

This role involves delivering goods to customers, serving as the face of the company and building lasting relationships with them. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL A license and be willing to learn and gain experience in hauling freight and operating tractor trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a tractor trailer and complete delivery routes as assigned by designated driver trainers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers to ensure accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Department of Transportation regulations and company safety standards.
  • Perform daily record keeping, including hours of service and log entries, in accordance with Federal DOT requirements.
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL A license
  • Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
  • Pass road test
  • Valid current DOT Health Card
  • Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight
