We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Residential Treatment Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company standards, and providing strategic leadership to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with company financial policies.
- Human Resources: Supervise and develop a team of clinical and administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services.
- Compliance: Ensure the facility's compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, standards, and policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
