Job Title: HVAC Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team at GUNTHERS Heating|Cooling|Plumbing. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of new HVAC units in residential homes, providing guidance and knowledge to HVAC installers, and maintaining a positive attitude and supporting our core values and mission.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the installation of new HVAC units in residential homes
* Provide guidance and knowledge to HVAC installers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs
* Maintain a positive attitude and support our core values and mission
* Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
* Maintain organization of vehicle and company tools
* Follow all Gunthers Safety Standards and wear proper PPE at all times

Requirements:

* 4+ years in residential HVAC installs
* 2+ years Foreman experience required
* EPA and RMGA certification required
* High School Diploma, or GED
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
* Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
* Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units
* Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies
* Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
