About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Trumbull area. As a Hospice Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a compassionate and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of agency operation
  • Valid CPR certification, preferred
