Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

RiverTech is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of designated vehicle fleets, ground support equipment, and communication equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance management and a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the reporting of readiness levels and overall management of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of designated vehicle fleets, ground support equipment, and communication equipment.
  • Monitor and manage Class IX repair parts, maintenance shop stock, bench stock, Class III (P) items, and ORILS (recoverable) requisitions via ZPARK.
  • Produce, prepare, and brief weekly maintenance reports and maintenance concerns to internal and external representatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably with a background in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of designated vehicle fleets, ground support equipment, and communication equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with GCSS-A, LOGSA, and FEDLOG.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
