We are seeking friendly and professional individuals to serve as Ushers at the Lincoln Theatre in Washington, DC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the primary point of contact for patrons once they enter the theatre.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patrons warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Direct patrons to seats for reserved seating shows or assist them in finding seats during general admission events
  • Assist patrons with accessible seating needs
  • Answer questions and provide information to patrons
  • Act as an additional set of eyes and ears, reporting any concerns to security or management
  • Enforce house policies, such as photography restrictions
  • Clean the theatre after performances
Qualifications:
  • A professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Confidence in interacting with the public on a regular basis
  • Strong interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to listen attentively and remain focused during periods of downtime

This is a part-time position with a salary range of $18.00 hourly. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
