Are you a skilled Pulmonologist seeking a challenging opportunity in California? Pacific Companies, Inc. is currently hiring for a locum tenens position in Pulmonary Critical Care at a 223-bed hospital.

About the Role

This critical care opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities. As a Pulmonologist, you will manage patients with complex respiratory conditions, perform procedures such as central lines, chest tubes, and vent management, and work closely with other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care medicine, pulmonary medicine, or a related field, and hold a valid California medical license. BC/BE certification is also required.

Schedule and Shifts

The schedule for this opportunity is flexible, with a minimum of 2 weeks per month, but can be adjusted based on your availability. Shifts are available in 12-hour blocks, 7 days a week, or in 24-hour blocks, with 3 days of night call. The hospital offers double coverage in the ICU, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. The estimated salary for this role is around $275,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
