Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. as a key member of our diagnostic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely laboratory results to support patient care and treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory tests.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve laboratory-related issues and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements:
- ASCP or AMT certification (or equivalent) and a minimum of one year of progressive clinical experience or one year of hospital internship subsequent to degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
