Job Summary
Silverado, a world-class assisted living memory care community, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Calabasas, CA. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping functions, including cleaning, laundry, and organization of resident rooms and common areas.
- Assist with maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience necessary, but assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortable working in an environment with pets and assisting in the care of community pets.
- Willingness to demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related diseases.
