Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze each repair order and estimator's notes to comprehend the necessary repairs before commencing work on the vehicle.
- Ensure all repairs align with the details outlined in the repair order or any supplements.
- Possess knowledge of the manufacturer's guidelines and technical repair processes.
- Utilize frame and measuring tools in accordance with vendor specifications.
- Conduct initial disassembly of the vehicle.
- Identify components for cutting and edging.
- Execute all repair tasks following factory standards and company protocols, including I-Car Standards.
- Complete and approve all quality checks prior to transferring the vehicle to the painting department.
- Reassemble the vehicle and its painted parts.
- Perform a final quality inspection and review of the work order before the vehicle is sent to detailing.
- Mentor apprentices or less experienced technicians to enhance their repair skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of three years of experience in a body shop environment.
- ICAR Welding Certification.
