Job Summary

This travel nursing job requires a highly skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a hospice setting. As a Hospice Travel RN, you will be responsible for delivering expert nursing services to patients in their homes or other community settings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A strong understanding of hospice care principles and practices is also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a hospice setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Average annual salary: $135,000

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of hospice experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of hospice care principles and practices
