About the Role

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop essential communication skills that will contribute to their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators and parents to ensure that speech and language goals are integrated into the students' overall educational programs.
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • IEP Meetings and Support: Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on speech and language goals and strategies, and offer support and training to teachers and parents on how to assist students in improving their communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • License and Certification: Must hold an active or pending Texas SLP license.
