- This position involves providing technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems.">
- As a liaison between organization and customers, you will promote and provide company products or services in various locations.">
- You will maintain a productive working relationship with direct and indirect customers while protecting business interests.">
Responsibilities

- Assist with customer needs and strive to resolve any issues in a prompt manner.">
- Provide support for developed business plans and initiatives.">
- Maximize customer satisfaction to the greatest degree possible.">
- Maintain strict adherence to company and industry privacy regulations.">
- Create effective technical reports and present them to customers regularly.">
- Cultivate new commercial relationships and develop strong partnerships with vendors.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A valid driver's license is required.">
- You will need to drive to Border patrol surveillance towers located along southern Texas border daily to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.">
- General Dynamics Information Technology will provide a company vehicle.">
- A Bachelor of Science is preferred; a High School diploma is mandatory.">
- You must have at least 5 years of related experience.">
- Experience with Microwave systems and Video surveillance systems is a plus.">
- PUBLIC TRUST/OTHER REQUIRED: BI FULL 6C (T4)">
- Security Clearance Level: You must be able to obtain a Public Trust BI required.">
- The location is remote work, and you must be local to Laredo, Texas area.">
