Server Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Primanti Bros. as a key member of our front-of-house staff. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

• Provide Warm and Friendly Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Upsell and Suggestive Sell: Offer menu recommendations, inform guests of promotions and specials, and suggest additional items to enhance their dining experience.
• Manage Orders and Payments: Write orders accurately, enter orders into the POS system, and collect payments in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Keep the dining area clean and organized, restock supplies, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Safety and Sanitation Policies: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, be friendly and people-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills and be able to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
