Join a dynamic team at IntelyCare as a Post-Acute Care Nursing Professional. This role requires providing exceptional patient care in post-acute care facilities, adhering to established care plans and protocols.
Role OverviewThis position involves being accountable for delivering high-quality care services to residents, ensuring accurate vital sign recordings and timely reporting to the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care services in post-acute care settings
- Maintain accurate records of vital signs and provide regular updates to the care team
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to address resident concerns and emergencies
- Support residents with daily activities, such as personal hygiene and grooming
- Clean and maintain a safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control guidelines
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare staff
- Ensure the safe transfer and repositioning of residents as needed
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and nursing procedures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Professional bedside manner
We offer an hourly pay range of $25-$35, customizable pay periods, and flexible scheduling options.
