Job Description

This Community Manager role is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, managing lease enforcement, and mentoring property staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to budget.
  • Handling lease applications, discounts, and renewals.
  • Providing guidance and support to property staff, focusing on performance and goal achievement.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through regular updates and prompt responses.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in property management (150+ units).
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software.
  • Financial acumen, budget creation, and fiscal reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
