About the Role

At Versiti Inc., we are seeking a skilled Clinical Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mobile phlebotomy team, you will be responsible for collecting blood and apheresis products from donors while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $17 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, 7% 401(k) match, generous paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy collections at various locations using standardized procedures and protocols
  • Interact with donors and coordinators to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive donation experience
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines
  • Conduct donor screening, mini-physicals, and phlebotomy procedures according to established standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with prior driving experience
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, apply judgment, and organize work effectively
