**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers and other personnel assigned to client sites
* Ensure compliance with post orders, established rounds, and required reports
* Notify authorities and clients in emergency situations
* Coach and discipline personnel as needed
* Train security officers and other personnel
* Assist with payroll and personnel information submission
* Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions
* Prepare and submit various reports as required

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Valid driver's license
* 2 years of experience in security, military, law enforcement, or a related field
* Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance

**Competencies**

* Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and procedures
* Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
* Understanding of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
