POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate plays a crucial role in fostering a customer-centric and product-driven sales atmosphere, ensuring that our core values guide all operational activities.

This is accomplished through various sales operations tasks, including merchandise management, inventory processing, and stockroom organization. We take pride in our work and believe that our teams create an exceptional workplace for learning and growth.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, labeled, and easily accessible for replenishment on the sales floor, while reorganizing stock as necessary to optimize space.
  • Guarantees that new products are displayed and represented promptly.
  • Accurately inputs all receiving documents into the system, reconciles merchandise invoices with received items as applicable, and completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensures visual merchandising materials, props, and signage are received and processed efficiently, while properly storing stockroom supplies such as hangers and sign holders.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Notifies management of cash supply requirements.
  • Assists with visual directives, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
  • Contributes to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the boutique.

Customer Experience
  • Exemplifies, supports, and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in stock management or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently within strict timelines.
  • Demonstrates teamwork effectively.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product placement techniques is desirable.
  • Capable of communicating with customers, associates, and management, including using headsets.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing for a significant portion of the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of the shift.
  • Frequent climbing for 34%-66% of the shift.
