We are seeking Private Duty Nurses (RN & LPN) to join our team at Care IV Home Health in Lowell, Arkansas. This opportunity offers a unique chance to provide personalized care for patients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Private Duty Nurse with our company, you will have the flexibility to choose between 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance. You will also have the autonomy to work varying numbers of shifts per week, making it an ideal role for those who value flexibility and independence.

We cater to both pediatric and adult patients, ensuring that you can use your skills to make a difference in various areas of nursing. Our one patient/one nurse model allows you to form meaningful relationships with your patients, providing them with the attention and care they need.

To be eligible for this role, you must possess an active and valid RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. While experience is not necessarily required for RNs, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of direct patient care experience for LPNs.

Your responsibilities as a Private Duty Nurse will include:

  • Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Medication administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Feedings: Provide assistance with feedings, including tube feedings
  • Suctioning: Perform suctioning procedures as needed
  • Vital sign monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure
  • Charting: Maintain accurate records of patients' medical history and progress
