Role Overview:

As the Lead Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation division, you will be entrusted with guiding a dedicated team of legal professionals and case managers to secure the highest possible settlements for wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injuries, and significant orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a substantial caseload while managing a team of Case Managers.
  • Deliver empathetic and informative client service.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Negotiations, and Liens.
  • Engage with clients daily to discuss legal strategies and treatment plans.
  • Evaluate fact patterns to clarify coverage issues and establish liability.
Qualifications:
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Personal Injury law.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to supervise and mentor legal staff.
  • Experience in resolving cases during the pre-litigation phase.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
