Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, based on individual client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
