We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dishroom Coordinator to join our team at Silver Ventures, Inc.

About the Role

The Dishroom Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dishroom environment, ensuring that all dishes are properly washed, sorted, and stored. This is an essential position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom area, including floors, walls, and storage shelves
  • Properly wash and sort soiled dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Assist with setting up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
  • Ensure that all dishes are sanitized according to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
  • Perform repetitive movements over long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary

Requirements

  • High school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics, such as food safety
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Willingness to take direction from management and represent the company appropriately

Benefits
