Job Summary

As a Server Assistant at Landscapes Golf Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience of our club patrons. You will assist our serving staff in welcoming guests, preparing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Service: Assist serving staff in welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.
  2. Table Preparation: Prepare tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, replacing linens, setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
  3. Cleaning and Sanitation: Clear tables and attend to the general cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  4. Food Delivery: Deliver food when servers are too busy, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  5. Inventory Management: Ensure the server station and bar are stocked and clean, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  6. Beverage Service: Prepare and refill water and other non-alcoholic beverages for club patrons.
  7. Payment Processing: Assist servers with processing payments as needed, maintaining accurate and efficient transactions.
  8. Trash Removal and Sanitation: Remove trash and sanitize menus, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  9. Event Setup: Set up tables, chairs, and serving stations for events or dinner service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  10. Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the club's dress code at all times.
  11. Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate a commitment to the work and success of the Company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members, and meeting customer service standards set by management.
  12. Additional Assignments: Perform additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service: Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Communication Skills: Good oral communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions.
  3. Mathematical Skills: Can compute simple math and count change accurately, maintaining accurate transactions.
  4. Certifications: Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Education and Experience
  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not required.
  2. Certified Food Handler: Certified Food Handler or local certification is required, demonstrating a commitment to food safety and quality.
