- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Education: High School or GED Equivalent
- Experience: 1 year directly related experience
- Credentials: CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Working Environment: Med Haz: Dirt, dust, fumes, odors, bad weather, noise; Sig Haz: Physical risk/injuries due to combative patients.
