Job Description:
The Sales Lead will support Management in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes driving results, building high-performing teams, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing clear expectations, holding team members accountable, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive for Results: Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holds team members accountable, and oversees basic operational activities such as opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes.
* Build High Performing Teams: Motivates and inspires store team, promotes a shared vision while modeling core values, and communicates with store teams and Store Management to effectively lead positive change.
* Customer Experience: Models, teaches, and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience, and ensures a fast and efficient register experience.
* Talent: Supports, implements, and provides follow-up for all training programs, seminars, etc., assists in the development of store associates, and drives associate and team engagement by recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding performance.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
* Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
