Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, full-time employees are eligible for 401K, dental, and medical insurance after a probationary period.

Job Responsibilities: As a Veterinary Technician Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting veterinarians with medical procedures, preparing animals and instruments for surgery, and administering medications, vaccines, and treatments. You will also provide emergency first aid or general nursing care, observe and report on animal behavior and condition, restrain animals for examination or treatment, collect and record animal case histories, and educate animal owners on home care.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to animal welfare and possess excellent technical skills. A background in veterinary medicine and basic knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures are essential. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
