Job Description:
">The role of the Sales Growth Representative is to promote and sell Triple S products to meet sales targets and generate revenue. This involves responding to customer needs and requirements with the appropriate Triple S products, maintaining a high-level of customer service with existing customers, and leveraging relationships to expand business.
">To achieve this goal, the Sales Growth Representative will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales utilizing knowledge of core customers and Triple S product line. This includes conducting on-site customer visits with new and existing customers, managing sales volume with an existing group of customers, and prospecting successfully to expand the customer base.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Forecasts, prospects, and bids for new business to include customers, markets, and additional service opportunities.
- Maintains existing and builds new customer partnerships by developing and sustaining sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
- Shares market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization; establishes relationships and working partnerships.
- Partners with customers, vendors, Credit, and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues.
- Identifies customer products needs and coordinates execution of orders.
- May conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers.
- Assists in training or mentoring of associates.
Requirements:
">A successful candidate for the Sales Growth Representative role should possess relevant experience in Industrial sales (Valve and Valve Automation Preferred) OR Experience in an engineering/maintenance role within an Industrial plant with understanding of valve automation.
">In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience making sales calls to end users and resellers in the power, process, pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry. The individual must also demonstrate knowledge of customer business needs and knowledge in Triple S type product line and core customers.
