Aftercare Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Aftercare Supervisor to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of children and families in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Aftercare Services in assigned areas to ensure timely and effective delivery of services within Federal and State standards.
- Provide oversight and guidance to Permanency staff assigned to the region, with a focus on Aftercare positions.
- Serve as the court liaison for the Permanency Program, promoting the well-being of children and coordinating with staff from other agencies.
- Meet with staff regularly to discuss families and identify opportunities for support and improvement.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement effective case plans and strategies to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field, or a bachelor's degree with four years of experience in direct service or case management.
- BSRB licensure required.
- Two years of experience in direct service or case management preferred.
