Job Summary

The Route Relief/Utility RSR plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Department's objectives to meet customer needs through up-selling/cross-selling and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cover routes and perform service-related tasks as required.
  • Support the Service Department in its objectives to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and outstanding customer service.
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding new customers, managing customer needs, and all aspects of service.
Key Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License, CDL when applicable, and be 21 years or older.
  • Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
  • Excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good time management skills and a team player.
