About the Job:

A Staff Medication Advisor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and advocating for patients' wellbeing at Walmart. As part of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription orders accurately, counselling patients on healthcare needs, and maintaining confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, counsel patients on healthcare and prescription medication needs, and maintain confidential information.
• Clinical Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, develop and implement action plans, and monitor progress and results.
• Customer Service: Model and provide guidance on proper customer service approaches, address concerns and issues, and use data and insights to improve customer-related decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree (or equivalent FPGE).
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Salary Range: $98,000.00-$172,000.00 per year.
