Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Library Collection Services Manager to lead our collection department's efforts to provide high-quality services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing departmental priorities, plans, policies, and procedures, as well as evaluating library collection services needs and ensuring alignment with the library's vision and goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental priorities, plans, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate library collection services needs and ensure alignment with the library's vision and goals
- Lead a team of librarians and support staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program or equivalent
- Minimum of three to five years of related work experience
- Minimum of two to five years of supervisory experience
