Position Overview

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is looking for a dedicated full-time Commercial Credit Analyst to support the financial needs of our member-borrowers across various counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Conducting credit assessments and financial evaluations
  • Monitoring financial packages and loan applications
  • Preparing risk assessments and recommendations for loan committees
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of lending programs and operational procedures


Experience in agricultural financing is advantageous.

Qualifications

The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, or a related discipline. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing and analyzing complex credit for commercial and/or commercial real estate loans is required, including expertise in structuring and assessing intricate credit relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $66,700 to $82,400, with an employer contribution of up to 9% to your 401K as part of a comprehensive benefits package. Proficiency in English is essential, and bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
