Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations, providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services. Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
  • Active New Jersey license or recent application.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with adults and child/adolescent populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
