Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at Eclipse Innovations. As a Pedagogical Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging educational programs for our Catholic daycare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Program Development
  • Design and implement educational programs that align with the Catholic Church's values and goals
  • Develop and maintain a curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children
• Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with our team of educators to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss program development and implementation
• Child-Centered Approach
  • Implement a child-centered approach to education, focusing on individualized learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pedagogical work, preferably in a Catholic daycare setting
• Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
