We are seeking a highly skilled Promotions Planner to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive promotional strategies that drive profitable ROI and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop promotional plans that align with brand and sales goals
* Partner with agencies to establish promotional plans focused on digital offers and in-store marketing
* Identify risks and opportunities through collaboration with PCB Procurement and Legal
* Develop a flow of promotions and in-store signage that complements trade events and key moments for the brand
* Align with media teams on promotion calendars and collaborate to find opportunities to enhance media support around promotions at key retailers

Execution and Measurement

* Provide offer details to agencies for program execution, including item lists and exclusions
* Partner with creative studios to obtain creative assets
* Track weekly pacing to ensure on-track execution
* Reconcile final redemption costs and manage to agreed-upon budgets
* Develop test and learn plans to understand what partners, offers, and audiences drive the best returns
* Monitor programs weekly and make optimizations as needed

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
* 1+ year work experience with coupon or promotional programs required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
* 1-2 years of business experience required; Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience strongly preferred
* Strong desire to learn, self-motivated, organized, and able to manage and prioritize multiple priorities
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Enthusiastic and team-oriented approach to solving problems and managing relationships
