Job Overview

This position involves inspecting properties to assess damage caused by various factors, such as weather conditions or accidents. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to navigate challenging roof structures, and excellent customer service skills. A roofing and construction-related background or insurance claims experience is advantageous but not required.

Requirements
  • A reliable truck or SUV with the ability to transport at least a 32' ladder
  • Ability to complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
  • HAAG Certification is desirable
  • The ability to obtain any required certifications or credentials to become part of our contractor pool
