Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Master Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone Virginia and Maryland. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, promoting their health and wellness, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of skincare products and treatments, including Dermalogica and Clarity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Active VA Esthetics license, in good standing, and adherence to all state regulations.
  • Strong passion for skincare and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
