Hudson City Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accountant to support the acquisition of a nutraceutical company by one of our private equity clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role under the new ownership. The business transaction is a carveout of a subsidiary from a larger entity, so there will be a need to participate in financial execution activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in overseeing accounting processes supporting our business growth, particularly within private equity-backed organizations, startups, and/or M&A environments. The role is hybrid, so will require frequent on-site presence. The candidate should be currently within commuting distance to Kearny, NJ.

  • Perform daily and monthly Bank reconciliations.
  • Process improvement initiatives.

We are offering a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience. Full company benefits will be provided.
