Crafting Beverages: Prepare syrups, infusions, and a variety of cocktails to meet customer requests. Bartenders are responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, and processing payments.

Engaging with Guests: Provide entertainment while mixing drinks, sharing knowledge about spirits, and offering interesting facts to enhance the guest experience.

Innovating Drink Menus: Design and develop unique beverage offerings and creative cocktails.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure both personal and bar area cleanliness, adhering to all sanitation regulations.

Inventory Management: Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies and complete inventory forms to reorder items as needed.

Compliance with Alcohol Regulations: Follow state laws regarding alcohol service, including verifying guest identification and managing intoxication levels.

Drink Recommendations: Offer suggestions for cocktails and mixed drinks to assist customers in their choices.

Garnish Preparation: Prepare and maintain a well-stocked garnish station throughout shifts.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional guest service skills to entertain and engage patrons.
• Sales skills to promote and upsell drink options.
• Strong communication abilities to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency for point of sale systems.
• Physical stamina to perform duties while standing and engaging with guests.
