Key Responsibilities:- Perform visual inspections of printed circuit boards using magnification equipment to identify defects and flaws.
- Segregate and identify circuit boards with errors and defects.
- Inspect each board and identify errors and defects.
- Perform First Article/AS9102 reports and reviews for correctness.
- Perform final counts of acceptable and rejected boards.
- Use inspection tools such as surface plates, gauges, pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, AOI, and OPTEK.
- Perform minor rework and return to conformance.
- Compare shop traveler quantities to final counts and notify the tracking system in cases of discrepancy.
- Complete reports, sign travelers, and input data into the tracking system.
- Obtain final report packages and move them to the shipping department.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly workplace.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
- Good grasp of basic arithmetic in reference to instructions where interpretations are required.
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
- Limited use in following prints and specifications.
- Ability to visually verify fine detail work.
- Ability to comprehend and follow directions regarding inspecting printed circuit boards.
- Moderate physical lifting or moving of final finished circuit boards (approx. 5-10 lbs.).
- Ability to lift 15 pounds without straining.

Compensation:Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California, and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
Export Statement:Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. This includes but is not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
