Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Party Chief to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our engineering and surveying firm, you will be responsible for conducting topographic and boundary surveys for various property types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ALTA surveys, wetland and tree locations, construction layouts, and related fieldwork
  • Oversee and lead a survey crew, including one Survey Crew Member
  • Set up and operate surveying equipment such as robotic total stations, GPS rovers, and levels
  • Ensure accurate and precise data collection and recording
  • Perform other duties related to underground utilities, water, storm, and sewer systems
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Survey Party Chief or 3+ years in surveying as an Instrument Man
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a survey crew
  • Proficiency in using robotic total stations, GPS rovers, and levels
  • Strong understanding of topographic and boundary surveying techniques
  • Knowledge and experience with underground utilities and water systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
