Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist I, Pediatrics to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our Rehabilitation Services team, you will provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders in pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
  • Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments
  • Advise physicians and patients on disorders and develop treatment schedules
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Implement and maintain department policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship required by date of hire
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology by date of hire
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
  • National Provider Identifier
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate
  • Basic Life Support required at hire
