About the Role:

As a Speech Therapist at Chandler Creek Post Acute, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients. Our facility is committed to delivering high-quality services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of services in patient medical records
- Conduct in-services and training for facility staff on speech and language therapy best practices

Requirements:

- A degree in a related field of practice
- A license to practice in South Carolina
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
