We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to join our team at Physician Empire in upstate New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned physician leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and direction to our medical staff. They will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, promoting a culture of excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a wide range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have a valid medical license, board certification in internal medicine, and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position. A strong track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes are essential qualities for this role.
