Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on business development, mergers and acquisitions, and other high-profile transactions.
  • Manage and oversee litigation, including dispute resolution and risk management.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on litigation and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract negotiation, employment law, and creditor's rights.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
