The estimated salary for this position is $11-$15 per hour, depending on experience. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in our residential programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities;
  • Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and behavior plans (BPs);
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as toileting, bathing, and dressing;
  • Prepare nutritional meals and snacks;
  • Encourage participation in recreational, social, and community activities;
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident data;

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Completion of State mandated trainings within 90 days of employment;
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
