Exam Proctor

Job Summary:

Orbis Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exam Proctor to facilitate the testing of nursing students in a computer lab environment. As an Exam Proctor, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure testing experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing Lab Preparation: Maintain the computer testing room(s) in advance of scheduled exams, ensuring all equipment is operational and troubleshoot common problems.
• Exam Proctoring: Proctor computer-based exams, validate identification, assist students with login, and troubleshoot testing issues as necessary.
• Monitoring and Enforcing Rules: Enforce all rules and regulations during exams, maintaining a secure and fair testing environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Experience in a higher education environment is preferred, with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) a plus.
• Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are required, with a positive attitude and high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred.
